Introduction
OMVE Carbo-Fill range of miniature-scale carbonators and fillers offers reliable, precise and flexible carbonation to simulate the industrial process on a miniature scale, making scaling to pilot or production plant size easy and accurate. The Carbo-Fill is available as a batch or continuous carbonation unit.
Carbo-Fill is designed to carbonate pre-mix/post-mix product batches and - depending on the options used - to handle any type of drink, including iced coffee, alcoholic beverages and foamy products, such as beer.

- Accurate control of carbonation and filling variables, even with extremely foamy products
- Automatic pressure control for stable CO2 level
- Throughputs of up to 60L/h
- C02 content of up to 10g/L 02 values < 70ppb, to prevent oxidation
- Touch screen control for user friendly operation
- Optional integrated closing devices for increased accuracy of CO2
- Accepts any type of can or bottle up to 2.0 litre
- Carbonates at any temperature between 4°C and 18°C
- Pre-mix and post-mix capability
- Adds protective gases for filling foamy and still products
- Automatic cleaning programs
- Fills non-carbonated drinks
- Two-stage cooling to prevent CO2 loss during filling
