Beside our standard range of products OMVE has the expertise and the facilities to develop, design, manufacture and install equipment build according to the specification of our customers. A project can consist of designing new options or modifications that are essential for a customer when using our standard equipment or we engineer a complete process line that is a scale down from the production.

Carbonisation
Twin Carbo-Fill. A customer needed a larger capacity. OMVE designed a double filling with almost doubled the capacity. This version is now standard available.
Pilot Carbonator. A customer had a pilot filling and closing system for 1200 units per hour. However they did not have the possibility to carbonate at a desirable speed. OMVE designed a Pilot Carbonator to full fill this need.
Heat Treatment
Pilot HTST/ UHT systems. OMVE has designed and manufactured several down scaled HTST / UHT systems for different customers. Complete process lines on small scale. OMVE has designed and manufacture complete process lines for different customers.
Deaeration
Vacu-Fill. For accompany that manufactured a two component glue OMVE designed a system to deaerate the glue.
Testing Equipment
Apress & Cipress. For testing plastic tubes and bottles OMVE designed 2 kinds of pressure test apparatus. See for more info here.
